Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required at hire.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-in patients and complete admission paperwork.
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
• Schedule appointments per office guidelines.
• Collect accurate patient and insurance information, including copays and deductibles.
• Copy/scan patient documents into the EHR system.
• Prepare charts for patient appointments with complete information.
