Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the physician practice and manage front desk interactions.
• Answer office phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and reschedule as needed.
• Check in patients, collect demographics, enter data into the system and verify insurance.
• Assist with check-out, referral processing and scheduling, and collect co-pays.
• Post charges, balance processing, and explain office policies and patient resources.
• Explain and enroll patients in the patient portal.
