Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records software is a plus; training available.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally in person and on the phone.
• Assist with scheduling to optimize provider availability and patient satisfaction.
• Notify providers of patient arrivals.
• Reassure patients by addressing questions and concerns.
• Maintain and update patient records and treatment information.
• Assist with collecting payments and processing third-party claims.
• Maintain office inventory and supply ordering.
