Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers phones, schedules appointments, and handles registration.
• Verifies insurance benefits and collects patient liabilities.
• Posts payments and balances cash drawer with daily deposits.
• Schedules visits and coordinates with payor requirements.
• Provides patient financial guidance and maintains privacy compliance.
