Job summary

Responsibilities

• Modeling company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework.
• Support PPE by helping to get patients to come into the office and continue the connection once they are in the office.
• Schedule appointments to ensure a smooth, productive day for each healthcare provider.
• Interact with patients and guests in the reception area during their wait time.
• Answer telephones promptly and handle all calls efficiently and thoroughly.
• Post payments to patient accounts following company policies.
• Be SME in the practice management system for patient registration and updating visit info.
