Job summary

Smile Doctors Affiliate is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator I to join our growing team in a patient-facing role. You will greet patients, manage calls, verify insurance, and coordinate scheduling and payments, while supporting the front desk operations and clinic communications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive customers, determine nature of visit, and notify appropriate team members.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take messages as needed.
• Check in patients, collect information on first visit, verify insurance, and update charts and patient information.
• Schedule appointments, print reminders, and coordinate payments or account resolutions.
• Drive internal marketing initiatives and support practice operations.
