Trinity Rehab is an outpatient physical therapy provider actively serving communities across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are seeking a friendly Patient Care Coordinator to join our front desk team at our Metuchen clinic.

The role involves greeting patients, checking them in via the kiosk, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, and handling basic administrative tasks with care and accuracy. This is a patient-facing, part-time position supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, professional interactions with patients.
• Dependable with a consistent work schedule.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle payments accurately.
• Willingness to learn scheduling and check-in systems.
• Prior receptionist or healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check patients in and assist with the clinic's check-in kiosk.
• Provide assistance to new patients with the check-in process.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect co-payments and provide receipts when needed.
• Make copies of identification and insurance cards and patient paperwork.
• Scan, copy, and organize basic documents.
• Answer or direct basic patient questions as needed.
• Notify team members when patient requires additional assistance.
• Keep the front desk and reception area neat and organized.
• Complete other basic front desk duties as assigned.
