Job summary

Trinity Rehab is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our outpatient physical therapy clinic in New Jersey. You will greet patients, check them in at the kiosk, schedule appointments, and collect co-pays as part of a friendly, organized front desk team.

Approximately 30 hours per week, on-site, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. Prior reception or healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with patients.
• Dependable with a consistent schedule.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to handle payments accurately.
• Willingness to learn scheduling and check-in systems.
• Healthcare or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Check patients in and assist with the clinic's check-in kiosk.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect co-payments and provide receipts.
• Scan, copy, and organize basic documents.
• Answer basic patient questions or direct inquiries.
• Keep front desk and reception area neat and organized.
• Assist with other basic front desk duties as assigned.
