Job summary

OSI Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Representative at our West St. Paul location to handle patient registration, check-in, and support duties. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday–Friday with hours between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

The position requires greeting patients, collecting co-payments, verifying insurance, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records in the practice management system, while communicating appointment details and referrals as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect payments and verify insurance.
• Schedule and manage appointments in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment details and directions to patients.
• Maintain chart and insurance information; ensure accurate records.
• Assist with switchboard duties and general duties as assigned.
