Superior Physical Therapy is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for the front desk of our Traverse City clinics, on Munson Ave and W Front St. You are the first person our patients talk to, on the phone and at the door.
What you will do
- Answer calls and schedule patients
- Check patients in and out
- Collect insurance details and payments
- Keep the schedule full and the clinic running on time
What we are looking for
- Friendly, organized and comfortable on the phone
- Experience in a medical office or customer service helps
- Comfortable learning scheduling and billing software
Full-time and part-time. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM.
