Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients and visitors with a warm, inviting demeanor and checks in patients.
• Provides high-level customer service, optimizes provider time, and schedules appointments.
• Manages scheduling with focus on provider availability and room usage.
• Notifies clinicians of arrivals, monitors service delivery, and communicates delays.
• Processes incoming faxes and enters data into the EMR system.
• Generates reports and maintains patient retention tracking with accuracy.
