Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a front desk/guest services representative at San Ramon Medical Center. You will greet patients, handle calls, and assist with basic registration and demographic data entry in a busy hospital setting.

The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to hospital policies. Shift is Mon-Fri 2:30PM-11PM with some weekend OT potential.

Qualifications

• Must have typing speed of 35 wpm.
• Experience with basic hospital reception and PBX systems preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors following Conifer standards.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls and operate PBX system.
• Scan and file patient information packets and ensure proper demographic entry.
