Qualifications

• 1 year of recent relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of insurance policies and patient billing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients as they arrive.
• Verify patient information and schedule appointments.
• Update Electronic Health Record (EHR) with current data.
• Collect payments for services and complete intake forms.
• Maintain patient privacy and PHI adherence.
