Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs quick registration, discharge, and back-house functions based on ED workflow requirements.
• Verifies insurance eligibility, coverage, benefits, and authorizations.
• Collects payments and counsels patients on financial arrangements and discounts.
• Greets and assists incoming patients and directs them appropriately.
• Maintains accurate patient data and documentation in the hospital system.
