Job summary

The Conifer Health Solutions, LLC. team at San Ramon Medical Center seeks a courteous receptionist to support departmental efficiencies and patient care. You will greet patients, answer calls, manage basic demographic entry, and explain hospital forms in a fast-paced setting.

Shift is Mon-Fri 2:30PM-11PM. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 0–1 year in Customer Service, with healthcare experience preferred. You may scan PHI and prepare patient packets as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year in a Customer Service role.
• 0–1 year administrative experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area preferred.
• Some college coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide world-class service while handling reception duties.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and operate PBX per hospital policies.
• Scan PHI and assemble patient information packets for upcoming services.
