Qualifications

• Registers patients accurately in EMR and verifies demographics.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and processes authorizations.
• Schedules patients and provides price estimates.
• Answers calls and greets patients with service excellence.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and supports clinical staff.
