Davis Orthodontics is currently looking for a Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

This position combines outstanding customer service with treatment coordination, helping patients understand their orthodontic options, navigate financial arrangements, and confidently move forward with treatment.

Competenze

• Previous experience in orthodontics or dental treatment coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and create a welcoming, positive office experience.
• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate new patient consultations and ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Present treatment recommendations, explain financial options, and assist patients with starting treatment.
• Build rapport with patients and families while addressing questions and concerns.
• Track treatment acceptance and follow up with pending patients.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements and payment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Support office goals through exceptional customer service and conversion of consultations into starts.
