Responsibilities

• Reviews incoming customer orders and accurately enters order information into the company’s order management system.
• Contacts customers by phone or email to clarify order details when necessary.
• Assists local customers and service partners with order pickups, including reviewing orders, preparing invoices, and processing payments.
• Communicates with internal departments regarding order status, payment confirmation, and upcoming customer needs.
• Coordinates with production, warehouse, and operations teams to help ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Assists with incoming and outgoing shipments by directing deliveries and pickups to the appropriate receiving areas.
• Maintains and organizes commonly used customer products, supplies, and accessories and assists with accurately fulfilling customer orders.
• Answers incoming phone calls professionally and directs or handles customer inquiries as appropriate.
• Greets and assists customers, vendors, and other visitors entering the office or customer service area.
• Distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing packages and correspondence through various shipping providers.
• Maintains organized customer and order records for accurate documentation and future reference.
• Reviews orders and supporting documentation for accuracy, identifying and correcting discrepancies when necessary.
• Maintains dependable attendance and punctuality to ensure customers receive timely service during established business hours.
• Assists with periodic inventory counts and related inventory activities.
• Participates in regular customer service team meetings and individual meetings with management.
