• Audit inventory and resolve discrepancies in real time.
• Pull and prepare parts for outbound orders.
• Manage shipping documentation and outbound processes.
• Investigate and resolve inventory exceptions.
• Maintain organization across physical and digital inventory systems.
• Communicate inventory issues to internal teams.
• Ensure all inventory activity is accurately reflected in company systems.
