Job summary

Aurora Technologies, Inc. in Pacific, Missouri is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join the Order Entry and Customer Service team.

The ideal candidate will accurately enter customer purchase orders in our ERP (Epicor Kinetic), maintain travelers and documentation, and ensure records and document control are up to date. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent typing and 10-key data entry with speed and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer purchase orders using ERP system (Epicor Kinetic).
• Create and maintain job travelers and production documentation.
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness; address discrepancies.
• Prepare and send order acknowledgments to customers with updates.
• Provide support to Customer Relationship Managers and Customer Service Manager as needed.
