Job summary

Crunch Fitness Maitland is hiring a Front Desk Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day member and team experience at the club. You will oversee onboarding, staff training, and performance coaching while driving membership sales and retention, ensuring a positive energy and results-driven environment.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to hit membership goals, coach staff on service standards, and manage operations such as billing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and positive personality with strong leadership presence.
• Sales-minded, customer-service driven, and results-oriented.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Organized manager with strong attention to detail to oversee billing, reporting, inventory, and cleaning systems.
• Previous leadership or operations experience in fitness, sales, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional first impression by ensuring a welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Drive member integration and sales performance by leading kickoff sessions and supporting enrollment and account management.
• Support retention through cancel‑save processes and follow-up with cancelled members.
• Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions, ACH enrollment, referrals, and duplication.
• Organize member engagement events and community activities.
• Manage operational details including billing updates, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings to review performance and drive accountability.
• Oversee cleaning systems and protocols to maintain Crunch Fitness standards.
• Support GM in achieving membership unit and revenue targets.
