Crunch Fitness in Parrish, FL is seeking a Front Desk Operations Manager to lead the daily member and team experience, open the club each day, and drive sales, retention, and satisfaction from the front desk. You’ll set the tone for energy, positivity, and results across the club.

You’ll onboard new members, train staff, coach performance, organize member engagement events, and partner with the General Manager to hit membership and revenue targets while upholding Crunch’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and positive personality with strong leadership presence.
• Sales-minded, customer-service driven, and results-oriented.
• Experience in member retention strategies and onboarding.
• Strong communication skills to coach and motivate teams.
• Organized manager with attention to billing, inventory, and cleaning systems.
• Experience in fitness, sales or hospitality is preferred.
• Growth-minded and able to support the General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Open the club each day and manage the day-to-day member and team experience.
• Lead member onboarding, staff training, and performance coaching.
• Drive member sales, retention, and satisfaction to hit targets.
• Lead staff on sales techniques to improve conversions and ACH enrollment.
• Organize member engagement events and community-building activities.
• Oversee billing updates, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
• Hold weekly leadership meetings with club leaders to review performance.
• Ensure cleaning systems and protocols meet Crunch’s standards.
• Support the GM in achieving membership and revenue targets.
• Work opening shift (approx. 5am–2pm).
