Crunch Fitness in Orlando is seeking a Front Desk Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day member and team experience at the Dr. Phillips club. You’ll onboard new members, coach staff, and drive sales and retention while partnering with the General Manager to hit growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front desk or service team in a club or retail setting.
• Proven ability to drive member sales and retention.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach staff in sales techniques and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional first impression with a welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Drive member integration and sales performance through kickoff sessions and engagement efforts.
• Support retention through cancel-save processes and follow-up with cancelled members.
• Coach staff on sales techniques, ACH enrollment, referrals, and conversions.
• Organize member engagement events and community-building activities.
• Manage billing, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings to review performance and accountability.
• Oversee cleaning protocols and adherence to Crunch standards.
• Review daily metrics to identify improvement opportunities and training needs.
• Support General Manager in achieving membership and revenue targets.
