Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations and guest relations.
• Proficiency with MICROS system and daily transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and greet guests, promptly checking them in and out.
• Ensure staffing levels of front office associates, including interviewing, hiring, supervising and scheduling front desk staff.
• Resolve guest complaints and drive satisfactory resolutions.
• Operate MICROS system for daily transactions and related tasks.
