Courtyard by Marriott Box Elder in Box Elder, SD is hiring a front desk associate to welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide concierge-style information for local entertainment and services. You will handle keys, discounts, and pamphlets while maintaining security and room readiness; strong communication and cash handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn hotel property management system(s).
• Excellent communication and listening skills for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for making room reservations and checking guests in and out of the hotel.
• Issues room keys, pamphlets, discount cards, etc., as needed.
• Provides information to guests regarding hotel services and local entertainment.
• Ensures confidentiality, security and safety of guests in front desk communications.
• Arranges transportation for guests and assists with inquiries.
• Balance daily reports and post charges in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front desk and lobby area and wear a uniform.
