Job summary

Hyatt Place Austin/Arboretum is seeking a Front Desk/Night Auditor to assist guests with a high level of service. You will balance hotel and restaurant transactions daily, run audits, and ensure accurate recording of revenues and statistics.

The role requires a passion for customer service, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required, with the potential to develop in a supportive team

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in front desk related functions.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions daily, including credit cards, cash, and change funds.
• Run audits and reports and record revenues and statistics accurately.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
• Read, analyze, and explain reports, guest folios and procedures.
