ARRIVE Austin, part of Palisociety, is seeking a Night Audit Agent to oversee overnight operations and guest services in the hotel. You will handle late check-ins/check-outs, billing, and folio settlements with a calm, professional presence.

You will input guest data into Opera, coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering, and balance daily posts. A 1-year front desk/night audit background and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1-year related experience with front desk or night audit in a hotel setting preferred.
• Positive, energetic, and service-oriented, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic, accounting reports, and property management/point-of-sale systems.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Good judgment, calm under pressure, and able to work independently with minimal supervision overnight.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests overnight, leading check-in/check-out, billing, and settling folios.
• Field phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries, proactively resolving needs to keep guests happy.
• Input guest information and payments into Opera and other hotel systems.
• Communicate guest requests or concerns to Front Desk Manager, Housekeeping, or Engineering.
• Reconcile daily front desk tasks, balance room posts, and close the day’s business.
• Run accounts receivable and next-day reports for the hotel.
• Investigate safety issues or incidents and recommend preventive steps.
• Report significant guest complaints to Management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the hotel with courteous service overnight.
• Lend a hand to other departments as needed to keep operations smooth.
