Responsibilities

• Perform all daily audit functions for front office and hotel outlets.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors.
• Back-up front office computer system and night audit program daily.
• Rebuild front office system, reservations, and related software as needed.
• Follow management company's accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Manage all front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, payments, and reservations; PBX operation; assist guests.
