Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the American Job Center.
• Ensure customers have a completed profile in the system of record.
• Assist customers in identifying the best method to meet their employment goals.
• Support the WIOA intake process.
• Inform staff of customer arrivals and confirm appointments.
• Assist Call Center as needed and document interactions.
• Provide details on referrals made in the system of record.
• Present at WIOA Information Sessions (CSIS).
• Complete daily walk-in data.
• Assist Navigation Manager in meeting enrollment and outreach goals.
• Support Work Experience customers at the front desk as assigned.
