Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a Membership Clerk for the Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos at the Branch Location. You will manage registrations, dues, and front desk operations while upholding club policies.

This part-time, non-exempt role requires excellent communication, basic accounting, and reliability. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus; familiarity with the MyClubHub system is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid identification.
• Knowledge of youth development concepts or Boys & Girls Club movement.
• Ability to organize, supervise and discipline youth members safely.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and direct calls or take messages.
• Maintain front counter and reception area; issue/collect forms and dues.
• Enter memberships and attendance in MyClubHub; run reports.
• Sign in/out members; ensure cards are scanned on arrival.
