Job summary

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford & Cecil Counties is seeking a Membership Clerk to manage the front desk at the Aberdeen club. The part-time position involves greeting guests, answering phones, answering questions about club services, and entering member data into MyClubHub.

You will also assist with daily sign-ins, maintain member files and manuals, and support club operations as directed by the branch manager, contributing to a welcoming, organized club environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests entering or leaving the club.
• Answer and screen phone calls.
• Promote club programs to members and families.
• Address questions and concerns from parents.
• Enter member data in MyClubHub accurately.
• Assist members with daily sign-ins in MyClubHub.
• Maintain member files, inspection reports, and manuals.
• Support club operations as directed by the branch manager.
• Communicate issues to management promptly.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings regularly.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to the work environment.
