Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service at the Edmond club. You will greet members, handle check-ins, assist with memberships, and promote group fitness, tanning, and other programs.

Strong communication and a positive, energetic demeanor are essential. You will contribute to a clean, welcoming environment, support enrollment processes, and help keep the club “grand-opening ready” every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and provide friendly front-desk service.
• Assist with membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions.
• Promote programs like group fitness, tanning, and childcare while delivering exceptional service.
• Handle phone inquiries, enroll new members, and maintain club cleanliness and organization.
• Support opening/closing duties and ensure grand-opening readiness.
