Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a proactive Member Services Representative to be the welcoming face of the club in Owasso. You will assist with membership sales, front desk check-ins, and program promotions while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in service roles, strong communication skills, and CPR/AED certification (within 30 days of hire). The role supports a fast-paced, energetic gym environment and a team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests with enthusiasm and a friendly smile.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Checks in members and guests according to procedures and resolves issues.
• Answers phones in a courteous, professional manner and supports front desk operations.
• Maintains a clean, organized lobby and assists with events and promotions.
