Flynn Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior customer experience at our Madison Heights facility. You will greet members, assist with phone inquiries, check in guests, and guide tours while maintaining a tidy front desk.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, teamwork, and comfort with POS systems. Training is provided, and we value adaptability and a problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced, welcoming gym environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced gym environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Utilize POS system to assist with new memberships and existing membership questions.
• Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Regular cleaning and upkeep of the facility, including equipment, windows, mirrors, trash, and re-racking weights.
• Support team operations by adapting to new policies and trainings.
• Frequent restroom/locker room cleaning and stocking.
• Complete trainings and additional learning as directed.
