Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Operate the POS system for beverage or merchandise purchases and memberships.
• Assist with new memberships and respond to membership questions at the POS.
• Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Perform regular facility cleaning and stocking duties, including equipment, windows, and trash removal.
• Adapt to new policies and participate in required trainings.
