Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands, the Crunch Fitness partner, seeks a Part-Time Day Shift Member Services Representative to greet members, engage guests, and drive member satisfaction at our California clubs.

You will handle front desk duties, support membership sales, and promote services while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. CPR/AED certification is required or obtained within 30 days of hire; a 1-year service background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with proficient reading and writing skills.
• CPR/AED certification required; may be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly; communicate events and promotions; maintain professionalism; escalate requests to a manager when needed.
• Check in members and guests per procedures; operate front desk stations; answer phones; complete opening/closing duties.
• Assist with membership sales; promote tanning, group fitness, and childcare; process payments for services; support guest conversion.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; know all club facilities and schedules; assist in cleaning to keep a grand-opening ready environment.
• Attend meetings and training; support club management with projects; follow Employee Handbook policies.
