Job summary

Get Fit Indy in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Front Desk Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer inquiries, process memberships, and support front-desk operations in a friendly, professional manner.

As the first point of contact, you will handle POS transactions, manage check-ins, and coordinate with the team to maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment; mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive, outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills; experience with POS or membership management software is a plus.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding memberships, services, and programs.
• Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with point-of-sale transactions, including retail and service purchases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
• Address member concerns and elevate issues to management when necessary.
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Perform light administrative duties as assigned.
