Get Fit Indy in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Front Desk Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer inquiries, process memberships, and support front-desk operations in a friendly, professional manner.

As the first point of contact, you will handle POS transactions, manage check-ins, and coordinate with the team to maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment; mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays availability is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive, outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills; experience with POS or membership management software is a plus.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Position Overview: As the first point of contact for members and guests, the Front Desk Customer Service Representative plays a key role in providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive experience at Get Fit. This position requires a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and fitness.
