Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a High School diploma or GED Equivalency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Food ServSafe Certification and CPR Certification are preferred.
• Excellent communication and a passion for fitness and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests at the front desk, manage access and answer questions.
• Prepare and sell smoothies; assist with inventory management and restock.
• Keep front desk and work areas clean and organized; support clerical tasks.
• Engage members, direct requests, and escalate matters when necessary.
• Uphold policies with a friendly, professional demeanor.
