Job summary

Planet Fitness Franchising, LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a full-time Front Desk Associate. The role requires weekend availability with a 2pm–10pm shift, and you will warmly welcome members as they arrive.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, signing up new members, giving tours, updating accounts, and maintaining a clean, safe club environment. Training and advancement opportunities are provided for those with a positive attitude and reliability.

Qualifications

Customer service background preferred.
Basic computer proficiency.
A passion for fitness and health.
Upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
Punctuality and reliability is a must.
Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively with members and coworkers.

Responsibilities

Greet members, prospective members and guests by providing exceptional customer service.
Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
Check ID and Member barcodes into the system; sign up new members; give tours.
Facilitate updates to members’ accounts; respond to questions and concerns.
Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club; monitor safety for all.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, equipment and gym floor.
