Job summary

The YMCA is seeking a Member Service Representative who will greet members, process enrollments, handle payments, and support membership sales to promote satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include front desk duties, data entry in the DAXKO system, conducting surveys, giving tours, and providing excellent customer service in a friendly, professional environment.

CPR/First Aid training is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age 16 and currently in high school.
• Cash handling experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with data entry and front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and balance cash drawer per procedures.
• Greet members and visitors following YMCA guidelines.
• Maintain member records and data entry in DAXKO.
• Provide tours to prospective members and promote memberships.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings.
• Support association events and fundraising activities.
• Follow safety policies and child abuse reporting procedures.
