Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Cleveland is seeking a Member Service Representative to handle member interactions, enrollments, and front desk duties in a welcoming, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include processing payments, promoting memberships, and maintaining records in the DAXKO system while delivering friendly, high-quality service to members and guests.

Strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to the YMCA values are essential to support a safe, inclusive community for all ages.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum two years high school and 16 years old.
• Cash handling experience.
• Computer and keyboarding experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform multiple tasks at front desk and process payments.
• Greet members and visitors per YMCA guidelines.
• Inform supervisor of issues and updates during shift.
• Promote and support membership sales and provide tours to prospective members.
• Maintain front desk records and data entry in the DAXKO system.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries per guidelines.
• Follow access control policies and safety procedures.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings.
