Job summary

Flynn Fitness, part of Flynn Group, is hiring a Member Services Representative to help deliver a premier Judgement Free experience at Planet Fitness locations. You will greet members, answer questions, and assist with sign-ups in a fast-paced gym environment.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, reliability, and the ability to work with a team. Training will cover policies, POS transactions, and daily front-desk operations to ensure a smooth member experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and give club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Handle beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS.
• Assist with membership questions using the POS system.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and stocking of supplies.
