MUV Fitness is seeking a front desk team member at our Port Jefferson Station, NY studio. You will be the first face our members see, delivering energy and a welcoming experience as you check in, assist with class prep, and help manage member relations.

You’ll engage with members daily, handle scheduling, and support sales and promotions while keeping the space clean and organized. The role emphasizes energy, hospitality, and teamwork within a values-driven fitness community.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every member by name with a smile and genuine energy every time they walk through the door
• Help members get ready for class — wrapping hands, carrying gear, making them feel at home
• Manage trial appointments, confirm bookings, and prepare welcome experiences for new members
• Make outreach calls to leads and members we haven't seen in a while — with warmth, not pressure
• Keep the studio clean, organized, stocked, and running at a high standard
• Support the team with pro shop sales, event promotion, and member communication
• Submit daily reports and stay on top of your KPIs every shift
