MUV Fitness is hiring for a front desk & member services role in Port Jefferson Station, NY. You will be the first face members see daily, delivering high energy, friendly service and helping members start their workouts on a positive note.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by name with upbeat energy at every visit.
• Assist members for class readiness and make them feel at home.
• Manage trial appointments, bookings, and new-member welcomes.
• Reach out to leads and inactive members warmly to re-engage.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
• Support pro shop sales, events, and member communications.
• Submit daily reports and track KPIs per shift.

MUV Fitness is a kickboxing and group fitness studio built around one thing: community. We are not a big box gym where people show up, work out, and disappear. We are a family. We know our members' names, their goals, their bad weeks and their breakthroughs. We show up for them - and we need a front desk team member who does the same.

This is not your average front desk job. You are not just answering phones and checking people in. You are the first face our members see every single day. You are the energy that sets the tone for their entire workout. You are the reason they keep coming back.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Welcome every member by name with a smile and genuine energy every time they walk through the door
• Help members get ready for class - wrapping hands, carrying gear, making them feel at home
• Manage trial appointments, confirm bookings, and prepare welcome experiences for new members
• Make outreach calls to leads and members we haven't seen in a while - with warmth, not pressure
• Keep the studio clean, organized, stocked, and running at a high standard
• Support the team with pro shop sales, event promotion, and member communication
• Submit daily reports and stay on top of your KPIs every shift

SCHEDULE

Morning and evening shifts available.

Morning: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Evening: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Weekend availability is a plus.
