Job summary

Planet Fitness in Anchorage, AK is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome members and guests and provide outstanding customer service. You will help maintain a clean, organized club and assist with daily operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions about memberships, processing check-ins and renewals, and promoting services such as personal training. A high school diploma and good communication skills are required.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist members with inquiries about memberships and services.
• Check-in members, process transactions (billing/renewals), and maintain front desk organization.
• Maintain clean, welcoming locker rooms and restrooms and overall club appearance.
• Promote membership sales and services such as personal training.
• Collaborate with team to achieve club goals and safety.
