Ideal candidates have 6 months of customer service experience, a friendly, courteous demeanor, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail fitness setting. Part-time hours with flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months face-to-face customer service experience in retail or fitness environment.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude with members and staff.
• Comfortable handling payments and providing receipts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, friendly manner.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and with product knowledge.
• Resolve member concerns with courteous, solution-focused service.
• Maintain club cleanliness during shifts and assist with setup.
• Promote products, promotions, and benefits to members.
