Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate members' needs and respond promptly; acknowledge all members.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service.
• Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and courtesy.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments, give change and receipts, and promote promotions.
