Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome members, answer questions, and provide first-rate customer service at the club in Clovis, NM. You will handle check-ins, process payments, promote promotions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout your shift.

The role requires a friendly, proactive communicator with basic cash handling skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including

Qualifications

• Six months face-to-face customer service in a retail environment or 1 year fitness experience preferred.
• 18 years old or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Handle calls and provide accurate information with a courteous tone.
• Maintain clean and welcoming club environment for up to 50% of the shift.
• Process payments, give receipts, and assist with promotions and memberships.
• Promote benefits of products and special offers to drive revenue.
