Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Six months face-to-face customer service in retail or 1-year fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, friendly manner.
• Anticipate needs and respond promptly to members.
• Provide courteous telephone service with accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Assist with payments, give change and receipts, and promote promotions.
